How It Works
Pre-brew & deliver. We pre-brew and load insulated Cambros for quick service—no outlet needed. We arrive early to set up cups, creamers (incl. sugar-free), sugars, and signage.
PTO runs the table. Your PTO volunteers staff the stand a set amount of time. We give a walkthrough, stay nearby to top-off Cambros and restock, and keep the line moving. We’re there to assist and support you as needed.
Simple give-back + same-day summary. Your PTO collects payments. We track everything and provide a same-day settlement: you keep 50% of sales; the remaining 50% covers coffee, supplies, and service.
Menu: A fixed menu of best-selling crowd-favorites keep service fast and smooth, with a few seasonal flavors mixed in for flair. Need something specific? Tell us and we’ll make it happen.
Sponsor a Teacher (built in)
Parents can add + $3 to any purchase (or $5 standalone) to sponsor a teacher’s cup. We supply vouchers and track redemptions with your volunteers.
Fairness policy: Max 2 redemptions per teacher per event; extra vouchers roll to the next event or the Sunshine Fund so every staff member is covered.
